Ladbrokes has confirmed the appointment of Sly Bailey and David Martin to its social responsibility and audit committees respectively.
Bailey currently serves as an independent a non-executive director of Ladbrokes, having joined the bookmaker in 2009.
She also previously held the role of chief executive of Trinity Mirror and, since 2013, has been a non-executive director of the Greencore Group.
Martin was appointed as a non-executive director of Ladbrokes in 2013 and has been chief executive of travel company Arriva since 2006.
Both Bailey and Martin took up their new roles with the respective committees as of September 25.
