GECO Gaming launches remote gaming server with Betfair

Content aggregator and platform provider GECO Gaming has signed up its latest major operator partner, with Betfair launching the company’s remote gaming server (RGS).

The deal allows Betfair to roll out a number of titles from GECO and its partners, including the Two Tribes and Witch of the West slots from The Games Co. This will launch alongside content from the supplier’s proprietary Sydney-based studio, together with games from Betdigital, Games Warehouse, MX Digital and CORE Gaming.

GECO, which is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and Alderney Gambling Control Commission, has already rolled out content for William Hill and Daub Alderney, a subsidiary of the UK-listed Stride Gaming.

“The Betfair deal marks another flagship launch of the GECO platform and expands our distribution capabilities for our partners who get access to a very flexible open gaming platform,” GECO chief operating officer Aaron Neill-Stevens commented.

“Betfair is a top-tier sports betting company whose e-gaming business goes from strength to strength and we are extremely fortunate to have been chosen as a supplier of some bespoke content for them,” he explained. “We will be looking to expand our portfolio with them in the coming year.

“This deal is also testament to the quality of content being produced by The Games Co, as they have been integral to the deal from the outset and we are confident the mix of games supplied by them, our other partners and our own in-house studio will prove popular with the Betfair player base.”
