32Red has announced that its board of directors has approved a special dividend of 3.00 pence per share to be paid on March 16.
The dividend will be paid out to all shareholders on the register on February 19.
32Red noted that the special dividend will be in addition to the final dividend to be declared when the operator announces its preliminary results on March 10.
Confirmation of the dividend comes after the firm last month reported record annual net gaming revenue of £48.6 million (€62.1 million/$70.3 million) for the 12 months through to December 31, 2015.
At the time, chief executive Ed Ware said the results are a “reflection of the strength of the 32Red business, our talented and dedicated team, as well as our first-class marketing and appealing brands”.
